Really good stay with excellent service
free parking helpful staff quality products
I appreciated the abundance of free car parking spaces. The reception staff were both friendly and helpful. The premium room included a lilly coffee maker and complimentary snacks in the fridge, a good surprise. The bathroom featured high-quality products and was clean.

The breakfast offered excellent gluten-free options. I found a wide choice of cereals and really nice bread for toasting. There were gluten-free sausages plus crumb-coated fried potatoes. Everything was well-listed and labeled.

nice bedding good location damaged shower small bathroom
the bedding was nice. the location is good, only two miles from the city centre, and a taxi is readily available if needed for the evening.
The shower control was damaged. water also escaped from the hose attachment. I reported this fault from room 138. the bathroom was very small (i found it rather cramped).

I found ample parking near reception , made arrival easy. The recently refurbished room presented a restful, clean atmosphere with muted colors. Breakfast service was efficient and the restaurant offered a nice bright space to start the day. Staff promptly assisted with requests, specifically providing a soft pillow to suit my preference.
The supply of tea and coffee in the room felt a little sparse.

friendly staff excellent choice short distance worn room broken heating unanswered calls
The staffs was very friendly. All of them. The breakfast had an excellent choice, and there was plenty of it. The park and ride is a short distance away from this location.
The room looked tired and worn. I asked for help with the heating dial. I was told the heating wasn't working, so I ask for another duvet, and I called the front desk multiple times, but no one answered.
